Simple Mushroom Curry






Ingredients:-

Cut Sliced Mushroom - 200 gms
Onion - 2 chopped
Tomato - 2 Chopped
Green Chillies  -  2 Nos Cut lengthwise
Pepper Pdr. - 1tsp
Cumin Pdr. - 1tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tsp
Oil - 2 tbl. sps
Turmeric Pdr.- 1/4 tsp
Finely cut  coriander leaves few
Salt as required



Method:-

Heat oil in a pan. Add Onion, green chillies. Fry till onion become transparent.



Add ginger,garlic paste. Fry till raw smell goes out.




Add tomato turmeric pdr. Fry till tomatoes  become soft.


Add mushroom and cumin pdr, pepper pdr, salt mix well .




Mushroom let out water while cooking too. Simmer till mushrooms are cooked and curry reaches the right consistency.
Garnish with coriander leaves.




Now Simple Mushroom Curry is ready to serve with any variety of Indian roti or pulav


Note :- 

In this mushroom curry, you can add fresh peas also.
