Paneer Butter Masala


Paneer Butter Masala is my daughter's most favorite side dish for Naan.   she always order this whenever we visit any restaurant. This method is very simple and also tasty. So I am also share with you.

Lets start to prepare Paneer Butter Masala:-

Ingredients:-

Homemade Paneer- 1Cup
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Cashew Nuts - 3 to 4 
Onion - 2 Chpped
Tomato - 3 Chopped
Ginger Garlic paste - 2tsp
Turmeric pdr. - 1 pinch
Green Chillies- 2 nos.
Red Chilli pdr. - 1tsp
Coriander pdr. - 1tsp
Cumin pdr. - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed- 1/2 tsp
Kasturi Methi - 2tsp
Butter - 2tbl.sp
oil - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2tsp (Optional)
Salt as required.
Finely cut coriander leaves few

Method:-

First prepare blended puree:-


Heat oil in pan,. Add cashew nut fry till it become brown.


 Add onion and green chillies fry till it become transparent.



Add ginger garlic paste fry till the raw smell goes out



Add tomato and turmeric pdr and close the lid. cook till it become soft. Swift off the flame.


Allow to cool and blend it. Now blended puree is ready and keep aside



Now heat butter in a pan.




Add Cumin seed, blended puree , red chilli pdr, coriander pdr, cumin pdr,  1cup of water, salt and green peas mix well. cook for peas become soft.



Add paneer. cook for 2 to 3 min.



Lastly add crashed  kasturi methi and garam masala(optional)  and mix well. Cook for 2 min.



Serve hot and  garnish with coriander leaves  for Roti or Naan or puri or Chawval Roti/ Arisi Mavu Roti
