Ingredients:-
Plalak - 2 cups
chana dhal - 2tbl. sp
chana dhal - 2tbl. sp
Tuar dhal- 1/2 tbl.sp.
Tomato - 2 mediun
Red Chilli pdr. - 1/2 tsp
Cumin pdr - 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut- 1tbl.sp.
Turmeric pdr. - 1/4 tsp
Asafeodita - 1/4 tsp
Salt as required

For Tempering:-
Oil - 2 tsp
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Garlic - 2 to 3 flakes (Crash it or finely
chopped )
Method:-
Wash and Cook chana dhal and tuar dhal with
turmeric pdr, asafeodita.
After that in which add palak, chopped tomatoes, chilly pdr, cumin prd, salt, little water, mix well. cook this for 2 to 3 min .
After add grated coconut, mix well and boil the mixture
Heat oil in small pan and season with cumin, garlic, onion saute till golden brown with a nice smell. Pour over the palak mixture mix well.
Now ready to serve
hot with Rice or Chappathi
While cooking spinach don't cover the pan with lid else the green color will turn dark in color.
