Chana Dhal Chutney / kadalaiparuppu Thuvaiyal

 Ingredients:- 


Chana Dhal
3 to 4 tbl. Sp.
Red Chillies
2 No.
Garlic
2 flack
Black Salt
¼ tsp
Grated Coconut
2 tbl sp
Salt
As required


Method:-


Roast chana Dhal in a pan, in medium flame without adding oil, till light brown.












Fry red chillies in little oil.









Now grain chana dhal,  red chillies, salt. 

Now add coconut, garlic, and  little water grain it again to make a paste.





Now chana dhal chutney is ready to serve with Chawval roti/Arisi mavu roti and side dish for rice
