Lal Mirchi Chutney or Milagai Thuvaiyal




Ingredients:-


Red Chilly- 5 to 6
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves few
Garlic - 3 to 4 flakes
onion - 1/2
Tomato - 1 Small size
sesame oil - 3 tbl.sp. 
Salt as required



                        Take all ingredients


For Tempering

Mustard seed- 1/4tsp.
Curry leaves- few



Method:-

Cook tomato in little water to become soft and mash it, keep aside

Fry red chilly in oil.


Grind everything without tomato in mixer grinder to make a paste.

Heat oil add mustard seed, curry leaves,tomato, ground paste, cook for 2 min.

Now very tasty lal mirch chutney is ready to serve with sesame oil, and coconut chutney for  idli, Dosa  


Now mirchi Chutney ready to serve
